Last Dally, all of the food vendors sold out of food. Expect to serve 10,000-20,000 people. Deep fryers are not permitted unless you are in a food truck and can dispose of the grease yourself. We have had very bad experiences with grease left on the street and the Health Department will not allow fryers.

Generators are not allowed. Selected vendors will be provided with electricity.

Dally is committed to being a GREEN festival – all vendors are required to provide their own certified compostable serving items. Any vendor who arrives without the approved products will not be allowed to open for business until they have purchased appropriate wares. We can put you in touch with our preferred vendor, Green Safe, if you would like.
